      Metallic pigment colors for epoxy from QualityDecorations™.

      Specially developed for art and Resin-Art. You can choose from 23 colors of Premium Mica Pigments / color powders for all types of epoxy casting resin and resin.

      Effect: Full opaque color & metallic effect.       The pigments are in powder form and have a slight shimmer. Because these often do not completely dissolve in the epoxy, exciting, slightly grainy effects can occur.

      Packaging: 1 jar
      Contents: 10 grams of pigment powder per jar. At other webshops only 2 grams per jar.

      This pigment remains beautiful for a long time and does not fade. Because only a very small amount of pigment is needed, one jar lasts a very long time. The pigment is easy and quick to mix.

        Instructions for coloring epoxy resin

        1. When working with epoxy resin, the time factor is very important, because the resin can harden very quickly during processing. That is why you must have all the necessary materials at hand at the workplace.
        2. Protect your workplace against possible splashes, for example with plastic tarpaulins.
        3. Protecting your health has the highest priority. Always wear nitrile gloves when working with epoxy resin.
        4. If you use our UV Resin , you can immediately add the pigment colors. Do you use a 2-component resin ? Then first mix the resin and hardener thoroughly in the mixing ratio recommended by the manufacturer. Once you have carefully mixed the two components together, it is time to add the color.
        5. Add pigments as desired to the mixture and mix everything well. Repeat this process until you achieve the desired color shade.
        6. The basic principle is: in order not to negatively influence the mixing ratio and thus influence curing, the proportion of paint should not exceed 5%.
        7. Tip: Shake well before use.
