How can I pay?
Now, or afterwards. And whichever method you choose, you pay safely.
- iDEAL, Bancontact, KBC, Belfius: via your bank's trusted online payment environment
- Credit card: the amount will be reserved and only debited after your item has been delivered
- Klarna : with Klarna you can pay afterwards. Do you want to receive your products first before you pay? Then choose 'Pay later. Klarna' as a payment method. Then you only have to pay 14 (Netherlands) or 21 (Belgium) days after shipment.
- Paypal : you can pay directly with PayPal. You can also pay via PayPal with a linked credit card.
- itsOkay gift voucher: add a discount code or gift voucher code at the 'Payment' step. You will automatically see whether you have to pay a remaining amount
- Prepayment: If you opt for prepayment, you can send a message to our customer service with what you would like to order (possibly with a print screen/photo). We will then prepare the order for you and send it to you as soon as possible after you have paid.
What if I paid incorrectly?
Paid too much We will automatically refund amounts. The amount will be back in your account within 5 working days.
Paid by mistake? No problem. We will automatically refund a payment if we cannot link it to an order. The amount will be back in your account within 2 weeks.
How quickly will I be refunded after returns?
We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. We process most returns within 14 working days after they have been returned. How quickly the money will be in your account depends on your payment method.
