How can I order?

[1] Shopping cart

No matter where you are in our shop, you will always find your shopping cart at the top right of the website. To see what is in your basket at a certain time, you can click on the icon and you will see which products your order consists of.

  • You can always remove a product from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross at the top right of the product image.
  • If you want to continue shopping, click 'shop' at the top of the webshop next to home

How can I add products to my shopping cart?
When you are surfing the site, you can add products to the shopping cart without having to be logged in first.

  • Click on the green 'add to my shopping cart' button
  • The product has now been added to your shopping cart
  • If products are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they have been reserved

If your shopping cart is correct and you have finished shopping, click on the orange 'I'm going to order' button in your shopping cart:

  • In this follow-up screen you can still change the quantity of a certain product or remove a product by clicking on the cross behind the price and finally 'update shopping cart'
  • If you have received a discount code, you can enter it here and then click on 'Apply discount voucher' to confirm
  • You can now 'Continue sending'

Our payment service provider is Mollie and payments are made via a secure SSL connection . This means you can be sure that your data is treated confidentially and securely. You can choose from the payment methods: iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, or eMaestro credit card. For our Belgian customers there is: Bancontact, KBC, Sofort Banking and Belfius. Post-payment is also possible with Klarna!

What should I do if my order has failed?
If you are sure that your order failed, you can place the order again. If you have any doubts, email info@itsokay.nl and we will check whether the order went through.

I'm not sure if I have paid, how do I find out?
If you are not sure, first check whether the money has been debited from your bank account. If the money has been debited and you have not received confirmation, please contact our customer service and email info@itsokay.nl

I have a discount voucher, how can I redeem it?
Every now and then we have a special promotion for a particular product via our Facebook page or in our newsletter. You can redeem this voucher during the ordering process. Enter the code and then click 'apply discount voucher' and the total amount of the order will then be adjusted.

  • Discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Different promotions, discounts and vouchers cannot be combined with each other
  • Discounts that are provided for spending over a certain amount will expire if the order value falls below this amount after return
