What are the shipping costs?

You pay €4.95 in the Netherlands and €4.95 in Belgium for shipping your orders. For orders over €50, we even ship for free in the Netherlands and Belgium!

When can I expect my order(s)?

Together with our fulfillment service, we do everything we can to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We deliver orders within 1 to 2 working days 99% of the time. Please take into account any postal traffic during public holidays.

The following normally applies to the Netherlands: Monday -Friday: ordered before 11:30 PM (Monday-Friday), delivered within 1 working day.

The following normally applies to Belgium: Monday-Friday: ordered before 7 p.m. (Monday-Friday), delivered within 1 working day.

Are we unable to deliver on time? We will then let you know by email. Once you have placed an order, you can track your order via the track & trace code. From the warehouse to the delivery address of your choice. Unfortunately, the carrier (PostNL/DHL) may be busier, which can sometimes cause delays.

Why does it sometimes take a little longer?
• If a product is out of stock, it will take longer. We always mention this on the product page itself.
• Delivery times differ if you live on a Wadden Island . It may take one to two days longer than average. We will tell you more about it below.
• If we are too busy, we will adjust our delivery times. This can happen around the holidays , for example.
• We do not deliver on official holidays.
• Very occasionally there is a malfunction in our warehouse. This also means it may take a little longer. 

Delivery to the Wadden Islands?

Each Wadden Island has its own delivery service. First, our delivery person will transfer your order to the Wadden Island delivery service. This always happens on the next day. Only then will the local delivery service start delivering your order. As a result, it takes approximately one to two days longer before you receive your order, compared to the rest of the Netherlands.

How do I track my order?

If we give your order to PostNL, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email - so you know exactly when your package will be delivered. You will usually receive this Track & Trace code at the end of the day - around midnight. Have you not received an email with a Track & Trace code from us? Please check the spam folder of your email to be sure.

Who will deliver my package?

We deliver your order in collaboration with fulfillment service QLS Fulfillment (in Deventer) and your package will be delivered by PostNL in the Netherlands and Belgium.


[2] Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 30 days after receipt to return your order.

Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and undamaged. If the goods have been used by the customer, have been removed from the plastic packaging, encumbered or damaged in any way, the right to termination within the meaning of this paragraph lapses.

If you cancel an order after it has already been shipped, you will have to return the shipment and you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Affordable and quick returns with our returns service:

  1. Go to the returns page > Send Returns
  2. Enter your order number. For example 131256
  3. Enter your zip code
  4. Click on search order and click next
  5. Choose the service point where you want to hand in your package.
  6. Select which products you will return and select the reason for return. We process the return shipment using this online form. Processing additions and corrections to an already sent form (afterwards by e-mail or telephone) is not administratively possible for us.
  7. Click on 'Pay and download Return Label'. You will be redirected to the payment provider where you can pay. You print the return label on an A4 sheet of paper and stick it on the package.
  8. Take the package to the store/service point you have selected and deliver the package.
  9. Email info@itsokay.nl that you are returning a package, so we can process your return quickly!

After cancellation of the order, the total paid amount of the order will be refunded within 14 days to the account used for the order (provided the product has been received in good order). If an order consists of multiple products and not all products are returned, only the full purchase price of the returned product will be refunded.

[3] Self-return

If you choose not to use our cheap returns service, you can of course also deliver your order to a store / service point. You deliver your package with the return to the store / service point and you pay for your package immediately. The store or service point will create the shipping label for you. Please note that you pay a price from 7.95 for returns here:

  1. Download the returns form and add it to the package. This way, upon receipt, we have all the necessary and correct information together to process the return quickly and correctly.
    We process the return shipment using this form; processing additions and corrections to an already sent form (subsequently by e-mail or telephone) is not administratively possible for us.
  2. Email info@itsokay.nl what you are returning, so we know what we have to refund you. This way you also have proof. We will confirm the return by email. You can return your shipment immediately after sending the email to us.
  3. Take the package to the nearest mailbox or drop it off at the post office. You will bear the return shipping costs of €7.95 for a package via PostNL or bPost.

Our return conditions:

• Send the completed returns form with the return shipment. If this form is not completed in full, we will not be able to process the return request or it will be delayed.

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition (plastic and box intact) and with tags attached.

• The product may not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

• A return shipment must have a Track & Trace code. Also keep the proof of shipment that you receive at the parcel point.

Status of your return

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email from us. And we will ensure that the amount to be refunded is in your account within 14 days.

Guarantee

We always do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our products. And because we work on this day and night, we also dare to take full responsibility when the quality is insufficient. If a product has been returned to us, our assessment team will work on it and you will hear within 5 working days whether your complaint is justified.
