    Description

    Silicone mold for making a round ball with epoxy

    The mold consists of 1 part that you can pour in layers or in one go. So you make a circle (pendant, earring) of 2 to 3 cm in diameter.
    There is a large hole on the top of the mold where you can pour the epoxy casting resin.
    This mold is made of high quality silicone, which makes it easy to remove the creation from the mold. Because the mold is of high quality, you can reuse it multiple times.

     Dimensions: 20, 25 and 30 mm diameter
    Mold contents: approximately 5,10 and 20 grams

    How to cast a ball

    1. Fill the sphere with epoxy resin (choose the most UV resistant resin if you are going to make a transparent casting such as the UltraEpoxy premium.
    2. Add decorations and use tweezers to position them. You can center something by placing a skewer on top of the ball and attaching something to it that will then hang in the resin.
    3. After 48 hours, remove your creation from the mold by very carefully loosening the mold. If necessary, use a soap and water solution to wring the mold loose.

    Need epoxy?

    The use of suitable epoxy is important for the end result of your Resin Art art. We advise to use Epoxy casting resin 1:1 or UltraEpoxy premium for this type of molds. These epoxy resins are very easy to use and suitable for larger surfaces.
