Exchange or cancel

Does your order not meet your expectations? Then you can terminate the purchase agreement. Exchanges are not possible at itsOkay.

[1] Cancel purchase agreement

You don't want the product, so you return it. If you terminate the purchase agreement, you intend to return to the situation before you placed an order with itsOkay. So you decide not to purchase the product. These are the legal rules:

  • We don't make a fuss about this :) You you have the right to terminate the purchase agreement without giving reasons,
  • This is possible before you have received the order, or after receipt of the products you have purchased from us,
  • It may concern the entire order or (in the case of multiple products) part of it,
  • You must notify us in writing of the termination of the agreement within 30 days of receipt of your order (itsOkay - Kerkeplaat 11 - 3313LC DORDRECHT (info@itsokay.nl),
  • After the cooling-off period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes a fact.

What do we do for you?

  • The easiest way is to return your order to us via our returns portal . You will also immediately receive the return label here. You stick this on the box and hand it in at a post office.
    You can cancel your order in writing, for example by e-mail or letter. Your letter or email must contain the same information as stated in your order.
  • By law you have a 14-day reflection period, with us you have a little more, namely 30 days' reflection period, because we understand that you do not always return or unpack something immediately.
  • You will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that time within 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to terminate the agreement. Was the order delivered at your request in a different way than what we offer as standard? Then we will not reimburse the extra delivery costs on top of the standard rate.
  • The same payment method with which you paid will be used for reimbursement. We may only refund in a different way if you agree. No additional costs will be charged for this.

What do you do for us?

  • You return the products as soon as possible via the return portal . In any case, within 30 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to terminate the agreement to us in writing.
  • You handle the products with care. You try them out as you would in a physical store. Do you go further in trying/assessing the products than is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and operation? Then you are liable for the depreciation of the products as a result of use and you must compensate the damage.
  • You pack the return shipment properly, preferably in the original packaging.
  • The costs of returning products are at your expense. We will not accept insufficiently stamped shipments. You can postage with stamps or create a new online shipping label via [jouwpost.nl] . You can also return your order by post outside the Netherlands.

    When does the reflection period not apply?

    • For products that itsOkay sells on the street, at home or at events,
    • For products that are not prefabricated and that are made based on your individual choice or decision.

    [2] Who is responsible for the shipment?

    If we send your order to you, the shipping risk lies with itsOkay.

    The shipping risk lies with you from the moment you receive the products. If a return shipment unexpectedly arrives late or does not reach us, itsOkay is not liable for delay, damage or loss of your shipment. If you want to exclude this risk, make sure you send the shipment by registered and insured mail. This prevents unnecessary and annoying discussions between us, PostNL and you. Make sure you keep proof of shipment. This can be used to find out where the package is located.

    We will refuse unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments.
