How do you assemble the clock?
Once your epoxy clock has hardened, it's time to assemble it. This is easier than you might think! The clock consists of 7 parts that you simply assemble.
- Place the watch (1) upside down, with the battery holder facing down
- On the standing pin you put the rubber circle (7)
- Next comes the epoxy clock
- Then you put the ring (6) around it
- Fasten this firmly with the small nut (5)
- After this you mount the hands, they only fit one way
- First place the hour hand (4), then the minute hand (3), and finally the second hand
- The battery can be inserted and the clock can be set to the correct time

For the 37 cm mold you need about 350 grams of epoxy, while for the 27 cm mold you need about 185 grams of epoxy.
To begin, mix the epoxy according to the instructions on the package. Then add the desired color pigments to the epoxy to create your unique design. Carefully pour the colored epoxy into the silicone mold and let it cure for the recommended time on the package.
What do you need to make an epoxy clock yourself?
To make an epoxy clock yourself, you will need a few other materials besides our silicone mold. First of all, you will need the epoxy itself. We recommend using Epoxy casting resin 1:1 or UltraEpoxy for this type of mold. These epoxy resins are very easy to use and suitable for larger surfaces.
